How to Track Wedding RSVPs Without Losing Your Mind

Every wedding has the same third act: the invitations are out, the responses trickle in through four different channels, and someone is squinting at a spreadsheet at midnight wondering whether Aunt Linda ever answered. Set the deadline first
Work backwards from the numbers your vendors need. Caterers typically want final counts 10 to 14 days out, and you need a buffer week to chase stragglers, so set the RSVP deadline three to four weeks before the wedding and print it on the invitation. Destination weddings deserve five to six weeks.
