June brought some of the most-requested features in Colara's history: a real Inbox, contracts you can counter-sign, cards that charge themselves on installment day, and fine-grained control over exactly what every person on a wedding can see. Here is everything that shipped.

One Inbox for every client conversation

All your client conversations now live in one place. Reply with the full email toolkit, search your entire inbox, attach files and share PDFs right from a conversation, and keep group channels alongside one-on-one threads. Best of all, it is two-way: when a client replies to an email Colara sent, the reply threads straight into their conversation.

Contracts worth framing

Clients can now sign contracts by typing or drawing, with clear signer titles, and you counter-sign the same way. When everyone has signed, download an official signed PDF for your records or theirs.

Autopay: never chase an installment again

Clients can save a card at checkout and Colara auto-charges each installment when it comes due. No more reminder texts on the first of the month; the payment plan just runs.

Permissions grew up

One Permissions tab now controls everyone who logs in to a wedding. Decide page by page what the couple sees, give the mother of the bride her own login with her own view, and set view-only or can-edit access for vendors and photographers. Client access controls decide what couples see in their own account, too.

Smarter automations

Workflows can now text your clients, not just email them. Accepting a proposal can kick off your onboarding workflow automatically, booked consultations sync to Google Calendar, and questionnaires learned conditional logic: show or hide questions based on a previous answer.

Money, organized for tax season

Track income manually, import it, and link every entry to a client. When tax time comes, export your income and contractor payments in one pass, and print a clean budget PDF for any wedding.
