Why planners run events here
A plan that fits the occasion: Choose an event type and the tools it needs. Add or remove tools anytime, with event-specific wording throughout.
Your day, down to the details: Build a run of show, assign planning tasks, and keep venues and vendors working from the same plan.
Budgets that belong to the event: Track rentals, catering, production, and other costs with editable event categories and reusable budget starters.
Room layouts that work in real life: Import a floor plan, crop a room, set its scale, and arrange stages, desks, screens, booths, and chair rows. Save layouts for next time.
A smoother guest experience: Share an event website, collect free RSVPs, and give confirmed guests a personal hub for details, their schedule, and questions.
The right brand, everywhere: Use your business identity or the client's company branding on event pages and print documents. White-label accounts keep their own identity.
Advanced Events, when the event needs more
Advanced Events is an optional $29 a month add-on for the workspace. It adds paid ticketing, check-in and badges, published programs, and sponsor and exhibitor listings to the event website and free RSVPs every event already has.
Paid tickets: Sell USD tickets with capacities through Stripe-hosted checkout, routed to your account or the host company's.
Check-in & badges: Scan ticket QR codes with a phone camera, confirm the name, and print branded badges on a letter sheet or badge printer.
Programs & tracks: Publish sessions and tracks so attendees build their own schedule, separate from your private run of show.
Sponsors & exhibitors: List sponsors and exhibitors on the event website and in every attendee's Guest Hub.
You can choose Advanced Events during planner setup or add it later from Billing in your workspace. The workspace owner checks out through Stripe once a planner plan or trial is active, and selecting it during setup does not start a subscription.
How it works
1. Choose what you plan: Pick Events, Weddings, or Both during planner setup. Your dashboard, defaults, and new-project flow follow that choice, and you can change it later.
2. Start from the right starter: Create an event, choose its type, and apply the matching task and budget starters. Switch on only the tools this event needs.
3. Share it and run the day: Publish the event website, collect RSVPs, hand the crew a run of show, and print the documents the venue asks for.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need separate accounts for events and weddings?
No. Use one planner account and your existing planner plan. Choose Wedding or Event when you create a project, then choose the event type. Both use the same active-project allowance.
What if I only plan events?
Choose Events during setup. Your dashboard and new-project defaults will focus on events. You can switch to Weddings or Both later without changing your account or subscription.
Can a company plan its own events?
Yes. Choose that you plan for your organization, add your company identity, and work with your team in the same planner workspace. Each event can still be for a client or your organization.
Do events show wedding-specific tools?
Event projects use event language and let you choose their planning tools. Wedding projects keep the familiar wedding experience, including all wedding tools.
What is included, and what needs Advanced Events?
Core event planning, websites, and free RSVPs use your planner account's existing plan and permissions. Paid tickets, attendee check-in and badges, multiple sessions or tracks, and sponsor or exhibitor management require Advanced Events access. You can choose Advanced Events during planner setup and review it in your workspace. It is an optional $29/month add-on that the workspace owner adds from Billing through Stripe Checkout once a planner plan or trial is active. Selecting it during setup does not start a subscription.
