Eligible planners and photographers can opt into a 14-day trial of the full wedding workspace, and couples can use Colara completely free. The optional $99 Couples Pro upgrade is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan is $0 a month forever, with unlimited clients, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, scheduling, questionnaires, and a branded client portal. Manual payments have no platform or Stripe fee. Online card payments include a 1% platform fee plus Stripe processing; bank payments are 1.5% total, capped at $30. Your clients never pay extra, and paid plans have no platform fee.

What do paid plans add?

No platform fee on client payments, the full wedding workspace for planners and photographers, AI assistance, automations, text messaging, team seats, and more active weddings. Planner plans start at $49 a month and photographer plans at $39. Vendor CRM Pro is not available yet.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. Couples get the full planning toolkit free: timeline, budget, guest list, seating chart, vendor contacts, and more. The $99 Couples Pro upgrade adds the wedding website builder, the AI assistant, and extras like the print studio.

What happens if I cancel a paid plan?

Planner and photographer accounts move back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: the CRM keeps working, one active wedding remains available, and the timeline builder stays editable while other paid wedding tools lock. Vendors move back to Vendor CRM Free the same way.

Yes. Vendor CRM Free includes unlimited leads, clients, jobs, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, and a client portal at $0 a month. Manual payments have no platform or Stripe fee. Vendor CRM Pro is not available yet. Invited wedding collaboration is always free, and neither vendor plan creates vendor-owned wedding workspaces.

Can I migrate from HoneyBook, Dubsado, or Táve?

Yes, and migration is free. Upload your export in the CRM importer and Colara detects the source, maps the columns, and shows a preview before anything is created.
