A heads-up when an email address looks mistyped. Before you send an email, the To field now warns you when the address looks wrong: a slip like gmail.con, a placeholder like name@example.com, or something that is not a full address yet. For a likely typo it shows the address you probably meant, and Fix it swaps it in. The same check sits under the partner emails when you create a wedding. It is only a warning, so you can still send to any address you choose.
Texting the assistant keeps the whole conversation. The assistant you text now remembers the conversation until you've been quiet for a day, instead of an hour, and it no longer loses track mid-conversation when we ship an update. Photos you text go to the assistant along with your message, so a client's check can be recorded as a payment on their invoice, while a receipt still goes in as an expense. A photo and the words you send right after it are read together. Text RESET any time to start over.
Camera Sync: clearer help for matching camera times. The free Camera Sync guide now explains how to fix a second shooter's camera time in Lightroom Classic, sync multiple cameras, check Mac compatibility, and undo a correction. The page also includes the same help and plug-in details before it finishes loading.
Choose what to print and keep timeline notes visible. Vendors can choose shared sections and an optional cover when downloading their portal. Saved timeline instructions appear on vendor timelines and in the mobile Command Center, and combined Print Center documents use one cover page.

Put a tag in front of your calendar event titles. A calendar that holds two shooters' bookings reads as one undifferentiated wall of events. Each calendar feed can now name the tags it wants called out, and any event carrying one leads with it: a job tagged "Second shooter" shows as "Second shooter: Taylor + Morgan" instead of making you open the event to find out whose it is. Name more than one tag and they appear in the order you picked them. Feeds you already have are untouched, because a feed only does this for tags you nominate. The tag chips in the Subscribe dialog also now list every tag you use, not just the ones on recently loaded clients, so a tag that only ever lives on jobs, usually a shooter's name, can finally be picked for filtering as well as for titles.
Start every calendar title with a name you choose. A calendar subscription feed can now write a fixed label in front of every event title. Set a second photographer's feed to their name and every booking reads "Ashlyn: Smith Wedding" in whatever calendar app subscribes to it, so two people's work landing in one calendar is easy to tell apart. If the feed also names tags for the title, the label comes first and the tags follow. Leave it blank and your titles stay exactly as they are.
Send your couples a family photo form they can fill in without an account. Family names and formal portrait groupings used to be something you either asked for inside a questionnaire and retyped afterwards, or sent to the family photo list in the app, which asked anyone without an account to log in. There is now a standalone family photo form on its own link. Drop {family_info_link} into any email or workflow step and the couple lands on a page with no login, fills in both sides of the family, checks off the groupings they want, and their answers save as they type. Anyone they forward the link to can finish it, so a parent who knows the names can fill in their half. The answers land on the same family photo list you already edit in the workspace, including for a couple who has no workspace yet: their list moves across the moment you create one. Any custom groupings you added on a wedding show up on the form alongside the standard ones, and once you finalize a list the form goes read only so nothing changes underneath a printed shot list. The older {family_photos_link} code now opens this same form, so emails you have already saved keep working.
One place to check workflow progress. Step grid and Overview are now one Progress tab. Keep the familiar client-by-step grid for a selected workflow, or choose All workflows in the same selector for the broader view. Your selection stays in the page link, so refreshing or returning to it keeps the same view.
Inquiry workflows start when new leads arrive. Enabled workflows for the Lead stage now start when you add a new lead or receive a public inquiry form. Your email approval preferences still apply, and automatically declined inquiries do not start a lead workflow.
See when each workflow step happened, and read the email that went out. Finished steps in the workflow progress grid now show the day they happened instead of a plain Complete: Sent with the day an email actually went out, Skipped with the day someone skipped it, and Done with the day a task was checked off. Click a finished email step to see the exact time it was sent, who it went to, the subject and the message. On a pending email step, Send now opens the email so you can check and edit it before it goes out, and Skip step cancels the unsent email.
Share Inventory with the couple as a packing list. Inventory is now in Permissions for the couple (and family and helpers), with Hidden, View only, and Can edit. It stays hidden until you turn it on, so a packing list of your pieces and rentals does not appear in their account by surprise. When you set Can edit, they can add what they are bringing from home, check items off, and print the list. Admin Page Visibility can still turn Inventory off for the couple role across the platform.
Send Voice Messages From Inbox. You can tap Voice next to Attach in Inbox and record a short message for a couple or vendor. The note shows up in the thread with a play button, so they can listen without downloading a file. Recordings cap at about a minute.
Wedding Venue on Calendar Events. When a job has no venue of its own, the calendar now uses the wedding venue so the location still shows in Day view, on a subscribed calendar, and on Google or Outlook.
Canned emails and formatted signatures in Messages and Inbox composers. Email All Vendors, Email Wedding Party, and custom guest emails on Messages, plus Send an email instead on an Inbox vendor thread, used to dump an HTML signature as raw tags, and there was no way to pull in a canned email. Those message fields are now a rich editor, Templates sits on the toolbar, and a canned email or logo signature looks the way recipients will see it.
View Responses now opens the client's answers. The questionnaire completed email used to send you to your template list. View Responses now opens that client's Questionnaires tab with their answers already showing.
A bad email in a guest CSV no longer blocks the rest of the import. Pasting a guest list used to fail the whole import with "Invalid email" if a single address was mistyped or the email column was not actually emails. Valid guests now import, the bad address is skipped, and you see which name it belonged to. If the whole email column looks like names instead of addresses, you get a note about the expected column order instead of an empty error.
Dictate Inbox Messages. Next to Voice in Inbox, tap Dictate and speak. Your words appear in the message box so you can edit them before sending. Tap Listening to stop. Chrome and Safari can do this; it is separate from sending a voice note.
Wedding Day Portal collaborators can add photos to the gallery. When the Gallery section is on for a Wedding Day Portal, anyone with the link can now add behind-the-scenes shots, getting-ready photos, and videos straight into the couple's wedding gallery, even on View access. They appear right away, and the couple can remove anything from their Gallery.
See which leads need a reply, and archiving stops every reminder. Open leads now carry a label that shows where the conversation stands. Needs reply means the client wrote last. Waiting on them means you answered. Follow up appears after 3 days with no answer. The labels show on the contact page, the Contacts list and the Pipeline, and the Contacts list can filter to just the leads that need a reply or a follow up. Replied from your own inbox or by phone? Press I replied on the contact's Activity tab. Archiving a contact now stops everything still set to go out for that job, including proposal, contract, invoice, questionnaire and session reminders, autopay, late fees, scheduled emails and texts, open tasks and workflows, and keeps the invoices and payments you already have. Sending your Not Available quick reply now offers to archive the lead in the same step, and keeps offering it if you rename that reply. Automatic proposal reminders now stop after 3, and each sent proposal has a Stop reminders button so you can quiet one client without turning reminders off for everyone.
Wedding website: photo focal point, overlay tint, name and date styles, dividers, and textures. The website builder's Design tab has three new cards. Drag a marker on your hero photo to choose what stays in view when phones crop it, set the overlay strength, and tint it in your primary color instead of black. Put your names on one line or stacked, join them with an ampersand, the word and, or a plus sign, and set the case. Pick the date format that matches your invitations. Choose a thin rule, dots, a small ornament, or no divider under your names and every section title. Add a subtle grain, linen, or watercolor texture over your background color. Sites that never touch these keep looking exactly as they do today.
