The Timeline plan: wedding-day tools for pros who keep their own CRM

The Timeline plan is for wedding planners and photographers who already run their business in HoneyBook, Dubsado, Táve, 17hats, Studio Ninja, or a spreadsheet, and only want the part of Colara that lives on the wedding day. It costs $29 a month or $290 a year, with no limit on active weddings, and it does not replace the CRM you have.

What the Timeline plan includes

The AI timeline builder drafts the day from the ceremony time, coverage hours, locations and a few toggles, looks up sunset, routes drive times between venues, and takes edits in plain English. You can also import the PDF or document you already send and edit it from there.

One shareable timeline link goes to the couple and every vendor. Nobody makes an account. Each role switches View as to see its own part of the day, and the link is always the current version, so there is no v2 or v3 PDF.

Text reminders reach vendors and crew 5 to 30 minutes before each call time, with the location. Command Center turns the timeline into the day's live feed: what is happening now, delays with a note and a text to the crew, and a day-of chat.

It also includes a client list with each couple's date, venue and email, a vendor list for each wedding, a vendor directory for reusing vendors, an Inbox to email clients and vendors and text vendors, and unlimited active weddings.

What it leaves out

Proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, texting clients, and team seats stay on the full plan. The Timeline plan is one seat. Upgrading to a full plan later cancels the Timeline plan automatically and credits the unused part of the billing period.

Pricing

$29 a month, or $290 a year, which is two months free. Card payment through Stripe, no setup fee, no per-wedding fee. Cancelling keeps your weddings on file; the account returns to the free plan at the end of the paid period. Anyone already on a full planner or photographer plan has everything in the Timeline plan and has nothing to buy.
