How the free plan works

Manual payments have no platform or Stripe fee. Online card payments include a 1% platform fee plus Stripe processing. Bank payments are 1.5% total, capped at $30 including Stripe's fee. Paid plans remove the platform fee.

Does the free florist CRM include inventory management? The Free plan covers client and business administration rather than stem-level purchasing or recipe inventory. You can keep quantities and production context in notes and tasks while using your preferred floral-production system for detailed recipes and ordering.

Can I import clients from another CRM? Yes. Upload a supported export or generic CSV, inspect the proposed field mapping, and confirm it before anything is created. Free done-for-you migration is also available.
