How the free plan works

Manual payments have no platform or Stripe fee. Online card payments include a 1% platform fee plus Stripe processing. Bank payments are 1.5% total, capped at $30 including Stripe's fee. Paid plans remove the platform fee.

Photographer accounts start on the Free plan with no card and no trial clock, and can try the full wedding workspace free for 14 days when they are ready.

Can I use it for sessions that are not weddings? Yes. Create project types for engagements, portraits, mini sessions, events, or consultations. Non-wedding projects can stay CRM-only, while wedding-related projects can connect to a wedding workspace.

Does the free photography CRM include galleries? Yes. Photographers on the Free plan get client galleries with 3 GB of storage, with favorites, downloads, and a gallery store. Gallery store sales carry the same 1% card fee as invoices. A paid plan raises gallery storage to 1 TB and removes the fee.

Can I import clients from HoneyBook, Dubsado, or Tave? Yes. Upload a supported export or generic CSV, inspect the proposed mapping, and confirm it before anything is created. Free done-for-you migration is also available.
